I'm excited about the upcoming movie called "Red Riding Hood " even though it's gonna take a decent amount of time to get it released in japan. I watched the trailer a few days back. the soundtrack in it was rather breathtaking and has been stuck in my head ever since. the song is called "If I Had A Heart" by Fever Ray. no wonder why they selected this song for this movie. I personally the song matches the story nicely. the costumes I see in it are traditionally amazing. the red cape. is the first thing most of people can associate red riding hood with. well I'm one of them. I adore the color combination. red, green, brown, any colors you see. the red perfectly matches the background and stands out in the neutral colors. I tend to go for monochromatic colors because they match nicely together without any work. but these images, the movie changed my mind.
I've found out my new favorite items are: race, veil, socks with a cute design, animal detailing, and thick, silky materials as you can see the image above.
it's possible to find what you like and learn something fashion related from images some times. it's also good to look back to the past to re-explore what you can absorb into whatever you are fond of. I like the things combined the new with the old.
